My Fall Wish List

fall wishlist

Hello Ladies can you believe fall is around the corner. And to tell you the truth I am happy. I was never a big fan of Fall and I don't know why. I guess  while I was in school I always thought that summer was better because I could see my family and travel more often. But now I am obsessed with Fall. And it all starts with the way I dress. No more hot summer days and no more bright clothing or nail polish.

I already started washing all of my cardigans and scarfs that were hiding in my closet. But a little shopping won't hurt right ? This is my fall wish list. These are all my necessities in order to survive this fall. A good pair of riding boots and the perfect dark lipstick oh and I love the Bath and body works candles.  Another thing that I love about fall is New york Fashion week ! Super excited to see the new collections of my favorite designers.

What is on your wish list for this fall.

Simple Sandals

Simple Sandals

Hello girly girls. This week I am back with one of my favorite things in the world, SHOES.  It
is  one of my biggest problems in life basically my vice. I was browsing through the Bergdorfs Goodman website over the weekend and I kept seeing sandals only with one strap and not many designs. They were so simple but at the same time very chic and attractive, because you could see the structure of your feet and I think these shoes would elongate your feet and make them look more slim. These babies that I have up here were the one's that caught my attention. As you can see they don't have that much detail only one strap in the front and another one in the back with a slim heel.  I think that these are are the perfect shoes for spring and summer.  You can wear them down or rock them for a dinner party or a girls nigh out.  My hunt for affordable simple sandals has officially started.

My mom and I have a tradition every year to get our favorite food, get comfortable and watch the Oscars together and of course talk about the best dressed and the one's that kind of forgot it was the Oscars that they were attending. This year my Mom and I have made our list of favorite dresses on the red carpet and I decided to share it with you all. Unfortunately my girl Anne Hathaway did not make the list. I was a bit disappointed although I did like her hair and jewelry and I cried with her when she made her speech when she received her award, so here they are. Enjoy.

Amy Adams In Oscar De La Renta (Adorable Princess Like)

Burgundy the Biggest trend in Autumn

Biggest trend in Autumn

J.Crew knit sweater, $160 / Marc by Marc Jacobs skinny jeans, $255 / Alexander McQueen leather shoes, $515 / Rebecca Minkoff clutch purse / Bare Escentuals / NARS Cosmetics lip makeup, $28 / Essie

The Biggest trend in the fall is the color Burgundy. Everywhere I go I see someone wearing something burgundy either on the face, nails or a clothing piece. This is one of the biggest trend of the season. New York is filled up with the color burgundy and what makes it peculiar is that the color is not the typical black that everyone wears during the winter time. Is giving you a chance to use a dark color to change a bit your wardrobe. I personally am in love with the color. I can't stop using it on my lips. I have jeans in this color, socks, tights, sweater you name it.  An example is if you don't want to use all burgundy this J.crew heart sweater is perfect because  it has touches of burgundy and you can trow it on with anything you want it will still be a great statement piece.
