Simple Sandals

Simple Sandals

Hello girly girls. This week I am back with one of my favorite things in the world, SHOES.  It
is  one of my biggest problems in life basically my vice. I was browsing through the Bergdorfs Goodman website over the weekend and I kept seeing sandals only with one strap and not many designs. They were so simple but at the same time very chic and attractive, because you could see the structure of your feet and I think these shoes would elongate your feet and make them look more slim. These babies that I have up here were the one's that caught my attention. As you can see they don't have that much detail only one strap in the front and another one in the back with a slim heel.  I think that these are are the perfect shoes for spring and summer.  You can wear them down or rock them for a dinner party or a girls nigh out.  My hunt for affordable simple sandals has officially started.

Powder Rooms and It's Elegance

Have I mention before how obsessed I am with powder rooms. I know I say the word obsessed so much on my other post but I truly am obsessed with Crisp, Clean, Traditional and Elegant Powder rooms. I always tell myself when I buy my first home one day the first thing I am going to make sure is that I have a nice laundry room and a gorgeous Powder room. I just love the saying that word it sounds so chic and elegant. You know us ladies always have to go and check on our makeup or hair. I always think of the classic films from the 1950's the ladies would go to the powder room to wash their hands and check on their makeup. I found these gorgeous photos on Decor Pad, and Instantly I though to myself I have to do a post about Powder Rooms.

Ballerina Outfit Inspiration

Ballerina outfit style

I Once wished to be a Ballerina. I remember being five and telling my mom I wanted to be a ballerina dancer, because my friend in school attended ballet. It only lasted for a week. I only attended  3 classes and that was all. I remember my mom being upset at me because she had spent money on my tulle and ballet shoes. I was fascinated more by their outfit and hair style then learning the dance routine. Now that I am an adult I am still fascinated of the Ballet lifestyle. I mean it's so elegant and classy. I was searching some stores and I saw a couple of tulle skirts and shoes that go together with the "Ballet Trend". I got inspired and here are some touches that you can include in your daily lifestyle like the Chloe flats they are adorable definitely on my wish list, You can always do the ballerina bun. I love to do this bun for dinners and days that I want to have my hair up. I hope you get inspired like I did and include a little of a ballet style in your daily life.
I am really in love with this Tulle skirt from Anthropologie It's on my wish list. Check it out !

Christmas is around the corner and I hate to do last minute shopping. Living in NYC can get pretty crowded and I am not the type of person to stand in long lines or battle to get an Item So I started looking online what I can get.
As a college student I am constantly on a budget. I have many female cousins and friends, and I always love to buy them a little something. I did my research and these are some items that you can give to your girlie's and really  affordable for any kind of taste. Remember that you're buying for them not for you, and have an open mind of what they might like and invest on something that could be for the long term.
