Sundays are Made For Zucchini Fritters

Happy Monday y'all. I hope everyone had a great weekend my weekend consisted of family time with my little cousins and Zucchini Fritters or Zucchini Pancakes as my 3 year old cousin says. These are so yummy and easy to make, plus....they are child proof. You know when a 3 year old likes them is because they are yummy. I decided to share with you my recipe. I had an extra zucchini from my zucchini muffins that i made last week and i said to myself i need to use it before it goes bad. I said to myself why not make them just as i make my hashbrowns instead of potatoes i use the Zucchini. Made them under 30 minutes used seasoning that i had in my patry and here they are. I think these will be my new guilty pleasure.

All you need is a large zucchini, grater, 1/4 cup meausure, 1tbsp measuring spoon, a bowl and a non stick pan. After grating the zucchini with the skin on. Place it on paper towel and squeeze the extra water out of the zucchini trust me if you don't do this you will have soggy fritters you don't want that.

One large zucchini makes 2 cups exactly. Place it on a bowl and add one egg, and your favorite seasoning this is when you make it yor own recipe i had italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I also added 1/2 tsp of baking powder basically it makes them fluffy and 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour. If you have regular flour you can use that also and if you have self risen flour you don't need to add the baking powder then. Add 2 tbs of olive oil to a non stick pan and after is medium high heat take an ice cream scoop or spoon and place it on the pan you might want to spread them a bit. After 3 minutes on medium heat flip them over and wait until it browns well and place it on a paper towel that way it drys the excess oil. Trust me when i say these are addictive ! My family kept asking for more. Hope you enjoy them!

Glam Glow Face Mask Review !

Hi Ya'll first i have to say is pardon my lateness i know i have had a couple of days without blogging but i wanted to make a rview on a product that i purchase a couple months ago and today finally is the day. Excuse my messy bun and 'green tea' face as my mom calls it. A couple months ago  I went to Sephora on a hunt for a new face toner. I have super oily skin and I felt like my old toner wasn't doing the job. While I was at the line about to pay i see a miniature size of GlamGlow face mask.

This product has been on the top of my list for a long time but the price and not knowing if i would get the same results would stop me from buying it. I said to myself is either now or never. At night before going to bed i usually cleanse my face. After washing my face i decided  to try the mask.

My first reaction was the strong smell of green tea, second that it had bits of pieces of leaves and third that it was a mud mask. When i applied it, it started burning especially around the nose and cheek area. I have huge pores around that area. After a minute or so the tingling stop the mask dried and face was really tight. After 10 minutes i removed the mask and my first thought was WOW my face is much lighter, my pores had shrink a bit and my face was soft as a baby.

My face was not oily and  the mini white heads i had on my chin had erupted. It has been over 3 months now and i can say i love it i am so happy with the results. I use this mas 1 once a month or if i have something important to do and need my face a bit brighter. My face is super soft, tight and pores are looking great. I am SOLD. After the small jar was empty i decided to buy yhe normal size jar. It's totally worth the money.

You can find it at your nearest Sephora.

New Favorite Drugstore Products

Happy Friday  ladies ! I wanted to share with you gals my new drugstore products that I have been loving lately. I ordered these online and i simply couldn't wait until they arrived to try them. I got them a two weeks ago and since them i have been using them non stop.

I am very picky with the products i purchase especially if its for my face. Due to having super sensitive skin. I decided to give it a try to the new Cetaphil Cleansing Cloths. I use Cetaphil products for my face and body and thought these would be great for removing my makeup or after the gym.

I am in total awe about these wipes. They are soft, don't leave any residue,  it doesn't irritate my skin and is orderless. This products it is just like the cleansers it cleans your face and it leaves it soft.  The other products that i have been very hype about have been the Mabelline Baby skin pore eraser primer. I am a sucker for packaging . I already have the baby lip product and i love it . I said to myself why not try these. At the beggining i was a bit skeptocal due to that i have sensitive combination skin and this product was  clear, oily and it looked like gel. I applied it near my cheeks where my pores are visible i can say i like it is okay i don't think i will be repurchasing the product due to that i dont like the consistency of it. A product that i am happy that i purchase is the St Ives oatmeal scrub + mask. Is great i love it. I use it about 3 times per week especially after my workout.

It leaves my face clean, without any residue and is great also for those days when you wake up and feel like your skin is acting up or is simply too oily. The other products i purchase were the L'Oreal  true  match concelear is great and very similar to my mac pro one and a color balm. I always carry It on my bag it moisturizes your lips smell great and it gives you that extra touch of glam.

So what are your favorite drugstore products? Have a nice weekend !
