Hi Ladies I know it's been so long. I apologize but grad school work had me super busy. I really missed blogging but now that vacation is coming up i will have more time to blog. I am so happy tomorrow i will be will be in NYC  with my family for Thanksgiving ! 

I am just so happy to be heading to New York For a couple of days. Have been missing home so much and my family. It's been so long since i have made an outfit inspiration that i decided to do one for Thanksgiving. 

Thanksgiving for me is all about spending time with my family and eating our traditional supper. I love to dress up for thanksgiving and look my best my family and i take so many pictures that i don't want to go back years later and say yikes i just looked terrible. 

I have prepared for us ladies this simple, girly outfit it's great if you are living in a place where it's cold weather such as New York. I am actually missing fall in NY. Miami is gorgeous but definitely not the same. 

This outfit is all about comfort, and also very clean. It's not over powering. the Sweater is gorgeous it already has enough bling i don't think you will need more other than a pair of simple earrings such as these. I had to add the cranberry lipstick and simple eyeliner it's all about bold lips and simple outfit. These boots are so sexy they are definitely a must for this fall and Winter.

Miami Outfit Inspiration

Hi Beautiful Ladies. Last time I post on my blog I was headed to Dominican Republic to spent the best two weeks of my life before heading to my new city Miami. Vacation was great. Had an amazing time with my family. I got back to NY for a couple of days and then i was back on a plane heading to Miami. I officially have a week in Miami. So far it has been treating me great. I am currently getting my masters and professor are also great. 

Now Since you guys know i am from New York we have all types of weather and I am not use to living in a state where it doesn't snows or gets chilly. As of now I am still wearing my summer clothes and i will be transitioning slowly to fall according to the weather. So far i am loving wearing hats, espadrilles, bright lipsticks and panama hats. That is why i decided to Make a Miami outfit Inspiration. I have notice that people in Miami are extroverted they just love wearing colors and fun jewelry. 

This outfit is about being casual, fashionable and fun. Is great if you are going to have brunch with friends drinks. But it is also great for everyday or a pool party. You can just have your bathing suit under. I added a great bronzer and highlighter because i think with this dress. I would keep very sculpted cheeks and add that natural glow. I mean you are in Miami after all right.

Spring Outfit Inspiration

Spring is back which means it's time to pull out those white jeans from your closet. I have to admit my weekend was full of Fun. Went to a family Hawaiian theme party. Natural Curly hair was out, flower on my hair, Lei Garland on neck and Oh before i forget  my all time favorite White Denims. I just had to wear them. White Jeans are everything seriously they go with any top and you can dress them up or down. 

I said to myself let me give the ladies an outfit inspiration, nothing too hard and nothing over whelming. These white pants are a bit distress which it gives it a casual look. Had to add the nude Mules and the Green army jacket. This Outfit screams Spring. Is fun, cute, girly, effortless and simple. 

What more can you ask for?. I added a bright nail polish, lipstick and only a pair of small earrings. I didn't want the jewelry to opaque the entire outfit.

Hi Ladies ! Merry Christmas ! Christmas was great full of yummy food, red lipsticks and gifts. I didn't get all i wanted but....  I am blessed and thankful with what i got.  New years is almost here and my family is still visiting. It has been cold but also super sunny lately. I have been enjoying going to places with my cousins. 

You gals know i practically live in Boyfriend Jeans.  I really do ! that's why i did this outfit inspiration on what i would wear while hanging out in the city. It is casual, with a touch of glam. Its also comfortable and cozy. The sneakers and long coat are just perfect and adorable. To add a pop of a color i added this beautiful Celine bag.

Happy December !

I am so excited that December has finally arrived. November was not that good with me. I spent most of my days working hard and also with a terrible cold. I still have an ear infection from the cold and still taking antibiotics which i totally hate them. Other than that I am happy December has finally arrived. I truly am.

I am going to be doing a series of Gift Guide inspiration under 100 Bucks for gals like us that want to save and at the same time give gifts that we know are going to be useful. 

I will be doing a series of Fitness, girly girl, guys gift, home gifts for our mom or a friend, girls that love makeup and Beauty and other thing along the way. The first gift guide will be for our friends or family members that are into fitness or are planning on getting fit as part of their new year resolution. This inspiration have tons of affordable clothing and items that your friend who is into wellness and Fitness will love.

These Items are all under 50 Bucks can you believe that. I can't! I have added from a fun water bottle to a cooking book. This gift guide is perfect for the gal who enjoys working out, eating healthy or is simply trying to start a healthy journey.

When i started my healthy Journey over 2 years ago i didn't know what to buy i bought the wrong pants and sneakers for my specific workout. Thankfully a trainer at the gym i go to told me what was the best workout clothing and sneakers for me.

If you don't know what to get her. Buy a makeup pouch and add face cleaning wipes, hand sanitizer, headband, hair ties, and a gift card from her favorite green juice spot. I am sure she will enjoy it. It's basically like a Fitness care pouch.

Hello November !

 November has finally arrived. I feel like October was the longest month ever ! November is going to be super fun and busy full of Family and tons of work. That means more relaxing outfits. Over the weekend I got inspired to make this comfortable outfit. Fall is great to rock your trench coat. It is divine and basically you can dress it up or down.   As most of you know i am all about Comfort and Classy. 

This outfit is perfect for Brunch, a weekend walking around in the city or a movie night. It is also great to take with you while traveling. I added neutral tones and as you can see very comfortable shoes. These are the most comfortable shoes to walk around or if you have to stand for long period of time these are the famous TOD'S Loafers.  You can rock this outfit day and night. I hope it inspires you and it gives you a sense of how to use a trench coat on a regular basis during the Fall.

Fall 2014 Must Haves

I AM BACK !!!!! Yes i know it's been a while from the last time i post something on my blog. But as you may know i was on vacation to the Caribbean where i spent over a month stress free. Relaxing and living the life literally would not do anything in the day. Just relax. But I am glad to be back to my city and happy that Fall is almost here. Which that means that I have to start pulling out all of my favorite pieces for the fall. 

This Fall i am being more risky with my makeup and outfits. On this post i have added things which at the moment i am crushing from my favorite drink of the fall the famous PSL
 ( Pumpkin Spice Latte) from Starbucks,  The new collection of Altuzarra for Target and the Givenchy Leather Tote which is screaming BUY ME. 

Another piece that I am crushing is the burgundy Motorcycle jacket it is a statement piece it looks great with every outfit plus it is very Chic and it makes me feel COOL ! the other pieces are great accessories that every girl must have for the fall. Before i forget don't forget to have your room smelling all Autumn. Every year  I buy a couple of my favorite candles for the fall at Bath and Body works they make me feel warm inside plus they smell amazing.

Guess what the day has finally arrived and in exactly one day i will be leaving New York and escape to my beautiful country Dominican Republic. The country i have been visiting since i was 7 months old. I miss the beach, blue waters, food, music, people and the fresh air. I will be away for a month. bare with me if i don't post anything i want to fully enjoy this vacation it's been so long since i had a one month vacation. I will take plenty of pictures and promise to bring them back and show them to you. I want you to fall in love with my country like i am.

Summer Favorites

It has been a long time  that i made a haul. I have been trying to use my money wisely and buy things for my new bedroom. This is a collective haul of May and June. Most of the items are from J Crew of course.... And others are simple beauty necessities. That is why i have named this post Summer Favorites because they really are my favorites.

Pardon my absence on the blog. These past weeks i have been busy attending job interviews and also taking extensive workout classes. I guess two of my main goals for this new year are working so far. If you follow me on Instagram  you will know what i am talking about. 

While attending different interviews with news stations. I have noticed that i have fallen in the trap of the typical suit or black and white and grey pants for interviews. I want to be formal but not plain. I have decided to go shopping for interview clothing. I have checked my favorite stores and i came up with this outfit. It's a pair of print pants, a white tailored shirt and a fun blazer. The bright lipstick i added it for when i get the job. I will go with a nude lipstick and not with a bright color. 

I have also added a couple of accessories such as these fun pumps, the beautiful pair of earrings from Kate Spade and the minimalistic neutral bag. this outfit screams my name is cute, well put together, fashionable yet great for your everyday job or interview. I am accepting advice on job interview attire. What would be your statement piece for a job interview?

Ghost Chair

Happy Friday !! I am so happy the weekend has finally arrived that means i get to relax after  running around the city the whole week running errands. This week inspiration is the famous Ghost Chair.

Their is something about the chair that makes the place more classy, elegant and contemporary. It also makes the place feel roomy. 

These chairs are great if you live in a small space and don't want to make too much room with big chairs. The fact that they are clear makes it look invisible. These are different examples of how to make your space look pretty, comfortable and roomy.

2014 is Here ! I hope everyone had an amazing New Year celebration. I hope you all reach your new goals. One if mine is to own a pair of leather pants. Yep I said it right. God they are so sexy ! I simply cannot find a pair where i can say that it's it i don't have to search for a new pair leather pants. 

I just love the look of leather jeans and simple sneakers like that Nike that i have. You might say WHAT sneakers as part of a outfit that has leather pants. well that's the fun of fashion that you can play around with items that you will never imagine. 

This outfit is mainly all black with touch of grey and plaid. It's perfect for the winter of 2014. This outfit is perfect for the gal that is always wants to be comfortable with her clothing but also daring by wearing leather pants.

I truly love when I see a guy that knows how to dress.  I don't think I have ever included menswear in the blog. I wanted to a post my favorite picks that are versatile and trendy. All the pieces that I included are great for the Fall and fun to wear. I have the typical plaid shirt, the chinos, quilted vest and suede oxfords. I love to see a guy rocking a pair of chinos I think it looks, comfy and casual. 

I have a long time without buying men's clothing. I don't have any brothers and unfortunately my dad passed away a couple years ago. But I do love to go to the menswear department at my favorite stores such as J crew to check out what is new. And hey you never know I can bump into my prince charm. Okay.... I am a bit exaggerating on that....... but I love a guy that knows how to dress. So if your boyfriend, Husband, Family member or a simply guy friend needs a bit of help this season. Here is a bit of help for them.

I know you can start with one of these pieces. It can be the chinos and simply go from their and  walla you have a fabulous outfit in minutes. I added that phone case it looks like is made out of wood I love the masculinity of it. Hey you can even be trendy with your phone.  And the Beanie I love it ! it has a great color and also it's perfect for fall or winter.

Two Outfits, One Pair of Denims !

Hi Y'all Happy Monday ! I am back with another fun outfit. A couple weeks ago I did a day to night outfit and this time I wanted to do a super easy outfit with one of my favorite clothing pieces. I have said million of times that I love to buy clothing pieces that are versatile and also that I can dress it up or down. Well JEANS are the perfect example of the best clothing piece someone can have in their closet. I don't own many pairs of denims but I do have a couple that I love.  So here i have two outfits and ONE pair of destroyed  light denim pair. I love how Chic meets a bit of toughness. It makes the whole outfit look super effortless.

The first Outfit on the left I have added a jeweled sweater a pair of black oxfords and a color plum bag. I think the color coordinate perfectly and the color plum is just great for this fall. I think this outfit is great if you work at a casual environment or just to meet with your love ones for lunch. It's simple, a bit masculine and girly with the little sparkles on the sweater. 

When I was putting together the second outfit I thought of it as a casual everyday outfit with a sporty touch. I love how these retro sneakers are back. I mean these sneakers are making the perfect come back and they are cute and fun. these go great with many outfits. This outfit that I put together is super easy and plus I think all the pieces are a must for the Fall. I have included the famous plaid shirt and the perfect vest for chilly days.

If you are looking for the perfect everyday pair of jeans. These are great. they have a bit of slouchiness and the distress is just perfect.

J.Crew Celine Esque Bag

Hello Gals long time ago I wrote a post on this Celine bag because I was obsessed with it. Well since I live on a budget due to that I am a recent college graduate trying to move to a new city that means I have to save as much as I can so I couldn't buy the bag . I still brag about the Celine bag but another Celine handbag that I love is the Trapeze bag. It is gorgeous and spacious but is way out of my budget. 

I decided to give up UNTIL I saw this bag at last week at J.Crew while I was just roaming around the store. I literally had to stop and the first thing that I thought was CELINE it looks like one and it almost has the same design it is called the GOODWINN BAG. 

I was afraid to look at the price but they are under 200 dollars. I mean they are not as big as the Celine bag but it fits a lot of things and I can use it as a cross body bag you can dress it down or up. AND I WANT IT ! I think the price is great and it's gorgeous. Which one is your favorite ?

Simple and Summery

I am a girly girl and love to put on some heels and a fun dresses  but for most of the time in the summer I love to rock my denim shorts and a simple tee. I went on a mini weekend getaway with my best friend and the first thing I packed was my favorite denim shorts from JCrew. I think you can dress them up or down. 

As I said before I am all about being comfortable and especially in this summer weather.  This is my favorite summer outfit it's comfortable, easy going and casual for the city. Especially those flip flips their an upgrade of your everyday flip flops.

Their is one thing here that is driving me nuts and it is the bag. I have recently seen a lot of girls in the city with this bag. It its simply gorgeous i have seen it on Olivia Palermo I just think is a must have. I was looking for it and it was sold out every where but I finally found it. Can't wait until it arrives.

Summer Party Outfit

Hello Gals, this weekend was super fun. I went to my first summer party and let me tell you that I had so much fun the conclusion of it is that my feet still hurt from so much dancing. When my cousin/ Best Friend invited me to the party two weeks ago I got so happy. I had to start thinking what I was going to wear and of my  hair and makeup. I planned an outfit that   was pretty , summery and very classy. I hope you like it I included a ponytail because after my first dance I had my hair in a ponytail it was so hot and my hair doesn't do very well with hot places. the ponytail looked actually pretty nice because I had beachy waves so it still looked great with my outfit. Outfit Inspiration : The Perfect Flowery Summer Dress

Hello Girlie's This week I am back with an Inspiration outfit. This outfit screams out  PORTOFINO Italy !!!!  Imagine sitting near the bay on a beautiful sunny day with this simple yet gorgeous flowery dress and your wavy hair moving with the breeze. I can see myself wearing this outfit. It is beautiful and great for a casual lunch or for simple dinner by the water. I also included these pair of sandals and my favorite tote bag from J.Crew.  Hope you guys get a bit of inspiration with this outfit. And pardon me for talking so much of the French Riviera or Italy lately is that I have an obsession with the Mediterranean sea, oops.

Sun Care Protection For A Healthy Skin During Summer !

Now that summer is finally here everyone is ready to enjoy their summer by attending beaches, pools, parks or simply walks with the family. I have to admit that sometimes i tend to forget to take care of my skin. I have extremely sensitive skin and just for being half and hour outside i am already sun burn and i recognize it when I am applying lotion on my body by feeling the burn and itch and we all know that's no fun. I have decided to write a post on how  I personally protect my skin and hair from the sun.  Our skin is the largest organ in our body that is why it is really important to treat it well. Especially us girls we want to have an impeccable skin. 

These are my must have on my everyday daily life. Sun hat I tend to carry mine during the summer not only is it stylish but it also protects my hair from getting all sun burn I also use on my hair a sunscreen mist. it is lightweight and it protects hair from sun exposure and it minimizes damage or dryness.  I also apply every time i can a lip balm that has SPF 15 such as the Burt's bees lip balm it is pretty affordable and can find it at any drugstore. 

The number one product here is the Face and Body sunscreen I try to use one that has a high SPF and also rich in vitamins such as the brand SUPERGOOP!  I love it ! it is light and drys up in seconds. I also use Evian face mist. It is great to keep your face and body hydrated. And last but not least a good pair of Sunnies and plenty of water during the day the sun can cause dehydration and we don't want that we want a fun and exciting summer. Enjoy !
