Thanksgiving Outfit Inspiration

Hi Ladies I know it's been so long. I apologize but grad school work had me super busy. I really missed blogging but now that vacation is coming up i will have more time to blog. I am so happy tomorrow i will be will be in NYC  with my family for Thanksgiving ! 

I am just so happy to be heading to New York For a couple of days. Have been missing home so much and my family. It's been so long since i have made an outfit inspiration that i decided to do one for Thanksgiving. 

Thanksgiving for me is all about spending time with my family and eating our traditional supper. I love to dress up for thanksgiving and look my best my family and i take so many pictures that i don't want to go back years later and say yikes i just looked terrible. 

I have prepared for us ladies this simple, girly outfit it's great if you are living in a place where it's cold weather such as New York. I am actually missing fall in NY. Miami is gorgeous but definitely not the same. 

This outfit is all about comfort, and also very clean. It's not over powering. the Sweater is gorgeous it already has enough bling i don't think you will need more other than a pair of simple earrings such as these. I had to add the cranberry lipstick and simple eyeliner it's all about bold lips and simple outfit. These boots are so sexy they are definitely a must for this fall and Winter.

Orange Is The New Black !

One of the things that I love about autumn is how you can spice up your wardrobe with different color palettes.  I am usually all about neutrals. If you look in my closet you won't find a lot of bright  clothing pieces. Now that is October and is finally feeling like autumn I have fallen in love with this tangerine color.  It is Beautiful and this orange tone fits with the season and It's perfect for Halloween. 

If you are like me and love neutral colors you can start with nail polish or a simple necklace. All the pieces that I have added are great. I don't have a favorite but I do know that each of these pieces would be great in your closet.   So lets put some color in our lives this Fall.

Now that Christmas is around the corner one of the top major colors that you see people wearing or around is GOLD. People wear a color piece in gold for Christmas or New year. Here are some examples of objects that you can find for your personal use or for the home. I really love a touch of gold on my nails or on a pair of earrings. Also i love to match white with gold for Christmas decor. It just gives it that little extra.

My Everyday Makeup

As a college student Most of the time I don't have time to use many products on my face. I tend to go more for the natural look. I don't use Foundation, I just use it if I have too or for special occasions. I keep these products in a separate place on my drawer because they are easy to find when I am on a rush. Of course before I put on any makeup in my face I use a face moisturizer and eye cream. Then I use a BB Cream, I bought the Garnier Fructis it's affordable and it works perfect for my skin, Then I use concealer for my dark circles due to my lack of sleep and over studying. After I apply those products I use a loose powder, blush, Mascara and last but not least some lip gloss. That's basically it. It might be a little too plain for you guys but It's perfect for me. I am presentable and at the same time still looking like me.  I think this is a great College look for everyday or even if you just don't feel like applying too much on your face.

Burgundy the Biggest trend in Autumn

The Biggest trend in the fall is the color Burgundy. Everywhere I go I see someone wearing something burgundy either on the face, nails or a clothing piece. This is one of the biggest trend of the season. New York is filled up with the color burgundy and what makes it peculiar is that the color is not the typical black that everyone wears during the winter time. Is giving you a chance to use a dark color to change a bit your wardrobe. I personally am in love with the color. I can't stop using it on my lips. I have jeans in this color, socks, tights,sweater you name it.  An example is if you don't want to use all burgundy this J.crew heart sweater is perfect because  it has touches of burgundy and you can trow it on with anything you want it will still be a great statement piece.
