Winter Essentials....

Hi Ladies I hope you gals are staying warm and cozy. These past days it has been freezing in New York City. I have so many layers that sometimes I don't even know where to start when i get home. A couple days ago while i was washing my hands  i notice  that some of my fingers were cracked and dry i literally said o no i need extra hand cream. It's my fault due to that I thought i had lost my gloves and was in denial of buying a pair. Thank God i found them. It's the pair i have in this inspiration you can find them at Target. 

I feel like Winter is all about the Puffer coat that will protect you of anything.  I decided to make this inspiration post well because basically this is all i am wearing everyday. Literally ! Thank God for UGGS !  I usually wear thermal leggings everyday and if i wear jeans or dressy pants i make sure to have my leggings under. This outfit will keep you warm and protected in this very cold winter. 

I almost forgot to mention the Patagonia winter Jacket. It is one of my favorite accessories on this inspiration. I remember my parents gave me this jacket when i was a Junior in High School and still till this day it is one of my favorite pieces i always enjoy using it and it its very cozy and warm. This is a must especially if you are in college running around the Campus trying to get from one place to the other.

Remember ladies to always wear your warm socks and gloves ! you don't want to get extra dry skin.

Hi Y'all Happy Monday we are only a couple days away from Christmas. I am a bit back up from my gift shopping. Made my last list today. If you are like me and don't know what to buy your best friend or a family member. Winter Coat Pairings

Excuse My absence lately on the blog. Literally it's crunch time. By the time i get home from work i am drained. Also the weather has not been a great help lately. It has been snowing on and off. This week so far has been of so many emotions. 

It was my birthday yesterday on the 17th, got a mini surprise dinner from my family after i got home from work. But the routine still goes on. Can't wait until Friday where i am officially on vacation. And since it looks like it's going to get colder each day I decided to do a winter coat pairing inspiration. In my opinion i think these are the best shoes that match each coat. Of course i also match my puffer with bean boots but it's all about playing with different pieces.

Gift Guide For Him

Everyone that knows me knows that I am not the best at giving guys Christmas gifts. I tend to  give a gift card due to my bad experience with giving guys gifts. One time i gave a guy  that i was i dating a mug. Their you know i am not the best at giving boys gift.

This year i have decided to make an effort and step out of the box. I don't have many gift to gives to  guys in my family but i will try to gift them something that they will enjoy and will last them for a long time. On this gift guide you have from slippers, headphones to a casual watch and much more.  When you are gift shopping for your Boyfriend or the guys in your life. Buy something you know they will use and something they every time they see it it reminds me of you.

My Weekend Style

Sweater, Boots, Earrings, sunglasses, tote bag

As I had mention before I am super busy this semester due to the fact that it is my last semester in college.  I am taking six courses, I also have an internship at a news station and a part time job. I have my hands full. The only day that I am free is on Sunday's. I usually like to sleep late and just wear a very relaxing and simple outfit. I am all about Ugg boots and a cable knit sweater in the winter. I think they are great for cold winter days in NYC which are perfect if I am going to the movie theater with my best friend or grab some coffee at my nearest Starbucks. I love Ugg boots because they are warm comfortable and basically go with anything, they are not the cutest but they do their job to keep my feet warm. What is your typical weekend outfit? is it relaxing or fun and colorful.

A little Window shopping at Barneys Co-op

This week I have been super busy with my Internship and school. It snowed on Friday and as you can see in the picture I wore my cozy Uggs. I also did some grocery shopping of course at my favorite place on earth Trader Joe's. I took a picture of this door on the west village.  I just love the cute neighborhoods in NYC,  most of them have lovely hardware on the doors. I just love doors that have that classic style like this one. It gives it a touch of traditional look to the homes. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. I am going to rest a bit.

Bundle Up

Now that Winter is finally here. You have to know how to protect yourself from the cold. I have here the basics to protect yourself from the winter. You need a pair of warm boots they don't have to be UGGs but these are my preference. warm mittens or gloves, Ear Muffs which I love. A nice puffy coat and a warm hat and scarf. Basically the Basics. I am a girly girl so I tend to buy pieces that will be casual but at the same time with an extra touch. That way I don't feel what I am wearing is boring.

Things I Can't live without during Christmas

 The North Face north face jacket / UGG Australia tall boots / Nivea lip treatment / philosophy / Essie nailpolish / Peppermint Chocolate Cocoa

Now that Christmas Is around the Corner I tend to  change up  a couple of things regularly. As I said before I am a New Yorker and It gets pretty cold during Christmas time. Most of the time I use my UGG boots, and This north face Jacket under my coat. I love Peppermint  Hot coco and I think I drink around 3 cups a day or more of it. It's just the best. I also love the typical red nail polish , I always get manicures during  the winter time and use different shades of red. Some shower gel with a touch of the Holiday spirit, and last the Nivea lip moisturizer which are great for the dry crack lips EWW. Leave a comment on what are your must for the holidays.
