Every year I watch the Grammys mainly to watch the celebrities arriveat the Red Carpet and of course to see my favorite artist win Grammy awards. This year I must admit that it was full of elegance andclassy gowns. A couple of my favorites celebrities were rocking beautiful dressesat the 2013 Grammy Red Carpet event. I present to you my favorite of the night. I have noticed thatTaylor Swift has been showing more skin lately. I love how she is taking risky decisions itlooks great on her. I also loved how Beyonce decided to wear a pant suit she isalways on top of her game, have to love it. Definitely out of all thecelebrities my favorite this night was Rihana"RiRi". I was happy tosee her rocking an Azzedine Alaïa dress; she was more covered up than usual but still very elegant by wearinga beautiful red dress that makes her skin color look glorious. Add To Your Wardrobe A Pop Of Color

 

While shopping in the city for some school supplies, I went to some stores and I was happy to see a lot of color for this winter and spring of 2013. I saw many yellow tones and navy blue. It's a perfect combination. It had a touch of sailor feeling. I also saw many people wearing colorful bags just to add a statement to their outfit. It was like if I was walking in a world full of neon and bright colors. I took some pictures in the different stores that I enter. The First picture of the Yellow pants are in Forever 21, The Flats are from J crew and the crossbody orange bag was from a young woman that enter an art store I just had to snapped a picture.

Okay, I am not even going to lie. I admit that I watch the Golden Globes because I only want to see  what the celebrities are going to wear on the Red Carpet. This years Golden Globe were just perfect. When I saw all of these celebrities wearing beautiful NUDE dresses, I got so happy.  For me Nude is the new Black. I mean you can wear anything with nude and everyone knows of the trick if you want to rock long legs just wear a pair of nude pumps. But lets concentrate on the Golden Globes. I love the different shades of nude, my favorite is the Marchesa dress that Amy Adams wore. I love the mermaid style it suits her perfectly she looks divine. Also the other celebrities that are also rocking the nude dresses if you notice that most of the dresses have LACE which is another major trend. This red carpet was full of Glamour as usual but I was just amazed by seeing all of these chic, classy, elegant dresses. What is your favorite dress?

Emerald Green Conquering 2013

Exciting News guess what's the New color of 2013 ? Yep you guessed right, this Precious green tone that I relate to the clear green blue ocean water is haunting the fashion world. Two thousand and Thirteen kicked of with this color, celebrities such as Zoe Saldana, Alicia keys and even Kate Middleton from the Dutch of Cambridge are rocking this beautiful color, so you know is a hit. Definitely the color of the year. I can't wait to get my hands on this color.

Happy New Year !!!!!!!

New Year, Fresh start, 2012 was a good year with it's ups and downs of course. But overall a year with many blessings. With that said 2013 is around the corner and this means a fresh new beginning. I want to make sure this year would be much better in fact is not here yet and it's already much better.  I will be graduating from college, I will start my Internship in mid January at a very important news station and I got a job. 2013 sounds way much better already. like most of you my family and I have a New Years tradition, in my family we eat 12 grapes. Each person has 12 grapes in their hand and while were  counting down we eat a grape by the time is new years we have eaten them all. Each grape symbolize our own resolution. I am still thinking on the goals I want to work on, but I want to focus on goals that  I would actually achieve and wont be hard to keep up. I hope everyone have a welcoming year full of love, peace and new beginnings. Remember their are 365 days in a year so it's never to late to start all over again.

The Famous Denim Shirt of 2012

The Famous Denim or chambray shirt however you want to call it, I think this has been one of the biggest trend of 2012 and I believe it will still go on in 2013.  Every time I do my laundry I wash my denim shirt. I mean it is so versatile you can use it button up or down, with leather pants, leggings, dresses, jeans and even with prints. Is the kind of shirt that you can use all year round. My favorite way I love to pair it up is with a pair of leggings or denims. I just love how it looks and I just throw on some flats or boots and ready to go.
