I am so excited that December has finally arrived. November was not that good with me. I spent most of my days working hard and also with a terrible cold. I still have an ear infection from the cold and still taking antibiotics which i totally hate them. Other than that I am happy December has finally arrived. I truly am.

I am going to be doing a series of Gift Guide inspiration under 100 Bucks for gals like us that want to save and at the same time give gifts that we know are going to be useful. 

I will be doing a series of Fitness, girly girl, guys gift, home gifts for our mom or a friend, girls that love makeup and Beauty and other thing along the way. The first gift guide will be for our friends or family members that are into fitness or are planning on getting fit as part of their new year resolution. This inspiration have tons of affordable clothing and items that your friend who is into wellness and Fitness will love.

These Items are all under 50 Bucks can you believe that. I can't! I have added from a fun water bottle to a cooking book. This gift guide is perfect for the gal who enjoys working out, eating healthy or is simply trying to start a healthy journey.

When i started my healthy Journey over 2 years ago i didn't know what to buy i bought the wrong pants and sneakers for my specific workout. Thankfully a trainer at the gym i go to told me what was the best workout clothing and sneakers for me.

If you don't know what to get her. Buy a makeup pouch and add face cleaning wipes, hand sanitizer, headband, hair ties, and a gift card from her favorite green juice spot. I am sure she will enjoy it. It's basically like a Fitness care pouch.

Body Cleansing For the Spring !




Now that spring has finally arrived In NYC although it has been a little chilly but still sunny and beautiful, is time for a change. As most of you know when spring comes is time for some cleaning and De cluttering your home. Well i have decided to also do a body cleanse this spring. One of my new years resolution for this year was to exercise and eat more clean food. And so far I think I have done pretty good I workout at least 5 times a week and eat pretty clean I have my cheat day on Saturday or Sunday. So before Spring actually starts I am going to do a 3 day cleanse basically eating more fruits, vegetables, green tea and Zen tea which it is a natural cleanse tea its really good for your metabolism and body. it detoxifies your body and cleans your system. And overall eating more healthier and being aware of how many calories I eat although I try to eat under 1600 calories a day. So are you ladies also doing a body cleanse?

Instapic Highlights Of The Weekend



Hey Girls ! I know I have been super lost lately, I have been super sick with a cold yes I know again. On Friday I felt a little better and decided to check out the new Maybelline Whispers lipsticks. Got one and I am loving it. So I might take another trip to the drugstore this week and try some other colors. As you can see I decided today to not blow dry my hair and let it air dry so I am rocking my natural curly hair oh and my tiring eyes due to not sleeping well at night with a bad cough.

Lately In My Life ........

I can't believe that March is already here. It seems like yesterday that I was starting my semester. But I cannot complain this means spring is closer each day and that I am near graduation. I don't tend to write a lot more about me in the blog. Don't know why but lately I have been  feeling like writing  more about what goes down in life. I  have decided to write about what went on  in February. These pictures reflect what I have been doing these weeks.

New Year, New Body

New Year, New Body

The famous New Year resolution is to loose weight . I have included this year not to loose weight but to be healthy and fit. I think is time for me to change my lifestyle from the way I eat to the way I workout. I admit that I am lazy sometimes to get up and workout but when I see that I am loosing weight I get more motivated. In this post I have the typical girly outfit which it's a big motivation for me . I like to look cute when I workout I feel much better and overall i feel with more energy. I know it might sound a bit ridiculous but hey what ever makes you keep going on is going to help more. These are the basics for a good workout the Yoga mat for when I am doing crunches or have to lay down it's great because I don't hurt my back. the water bottle cannot be forgotten and a couple of hair ties because I really hate when I am doing some Cardio and my hair is all over the place. So what is your plan this year to stay FIT? Remember that is okay to indulge once a week in something you like its a combination of play hard and enjoying life.

A little motivation to workout.

I think I'm not the only one that needs sometimes a little motivation to workout. What I have done this summer is bought myself cute workout clothes and not the usual old tee and over sized pants. I went into the Nike store and got me some new sneakers. I went with the excuse that i needed one. I am a girly girl i only have one pair of sneakers in my closet and i said this time I am going to buy some fun ones. I got a pair that are not too flashy but with a touch of color and i love them. also i got a pair of running pants and 2 tees. I bought 3 pound weights in a sports store, which they are perfect for me i just want to tone a bit. After I got my outfits ready it just makes me want to put it on and workout. I mean that's the whole point and I always think every time i workout this workout is going to change my life because every time you exercise even though you might not notice your body is burning tons of calories and getting that body that you finally want to achieve. LETS KEEP THE MOTIVATION GOING !
